With an industrialization-oriented approach, it aims to co-establish a technology transfer platform, adhering to the principles of supporting industrial development, bridging education, technology, and talent, and building an international brand.

The platform focuses on the research and development of new-type piping systems, among other areas, and promotes their application across multiple fields. It has established three strategic pillars: deepening fundamental research and tackling key challenges to enhance pilot-scale testing capabilities; breaking through critical technologies to improve self-sufficiency and control; and fostering collaborative innovation mechanisms to strengthen competitiveness. Additionally, the platform is committed to advancing green and low-carbon transformation.
The core technical team, jointly formed by enterprises and universities, consists of 25 members, 18 of whom hold postgraduate degrees or intermediate-level professional titles or above, including 12 PhDs. The team is dedicated to technological innovation and practical application. Over the past three years, the platform has initiated 23 R&D projects with a total investment of 68 million RMB, resulting in 20 intellectual property achievements. From 2023 to September 2025, the pilot-scale platform generated revenue of 29.468 million RMB, served 24 enterprises, conducted 13 pilot verification projects, and facilitated the industrialization of six innovative products. In terms of industry-education integration, the platform optimizes process technologies for training purposes, nurtures talent in collaboration with higher education institutions, and incubates projects to enrich the curriculum system of specialized disciplines. It has refined the 3-4-3-4 training system for Smart Construction field engineers and enhanced public welfare course offerings through the YANPRO Academy, establishing a paradigm for the integration of science, education, and industry. The platform has built a new-type pilot-scale testing system, promoting industrial applications in the field of green building materials and developing waste utilization technologies. It provides long-term pilot-scale incubation services to support sustainable development.
