2025年底国家级产业学院专精特新建筑全生命周期运维技术产业学院,科教板块新质辅材工程技术创新中心在固废资源化方向经过大量实验和工程经验,与北控环境、四川联塑、广东固废、格英达、明誉防水共建:高熵固创资源化工场
“高熵固创资源化工场”是由国家级专精特新产业学院与北控环境共建,联合多家领军环保企业共建的科技创新实体。秉承建筑全生命周期理念,致力于破解固废治理与资源化循环的核心难题。
工场的核心技术基石是多元固废协同高熵化技术。优化传统单一废物的处理思路,创造性地将市政污泥、建筑垃圾、工业固废、农业固体废弃物等多种固体废弃物视为“城市矿产”,通过精准配伍与高熵效应,使其在原子尺度上深度融合,重构为性能卓越的新质辅材。
该场主要方向:新型绿色管道体系原料、自生长型材料原料、土壤改良及新型非食用型植物用培植土原料、新型建筑修缮原料、新型能源燃质原料、新型建筑用原料等产业化基础原料的研发与生产。
在真实的工程背景下,工场如同一个“材料诊所”与“再造工厂”:一方面,针对不同场景的“病症”开具个性化的固废资源化“处方”;另一方面,通过系统工艺,将复杂固废稳定转化为高性能修缮新材料、生态新材料、辅助新材料等多样化产品,直接回馈于应用市场。
这不仅是对“无废城市”的战略响应,更是对循环经济模式的深度实践。将建筑的生命终点,转化为新材料循环的起点,以科技之力,推动新质生产力再传统行业落实升级转型,迈向绿色、低碳的可持续发展未来。

Introduction
The High-entropy Solid-state Creation & Resource Plant (HESCRP) is a technological innovation entity jointly established by a National Specialized, Sophisticated, and Innovative (Little Giant) Industrial College and Beijing Enterprises Group Environment, in collaboration with several leading environmental protection enterprises.
Guided by the philosophy of the building life cycle, HESCRP is dedicated to solving core challenges in solid waste management and resource recycling. Our foundational technology is the synergistic high-entropy conversion of multi-source solid wastes. Moving beyond traditional approaches that treat waste streams in isolation, we innovatively reclassify diverse solid wastes—including municipal sludge, construction and demolition waste, industrial by-products, and agricultural residues—as "urban minerals." Through precise formulation, these materials undergo an in-depth integration at the atomic level, driven by high-entropy effects, and are reconstructed into high-performance, novel auxiliary materials.
Core research directions: R&D and production of industrial base materials, including those for new-type green pipeline systems, self-growing materials, soil improvement, new-type cultivation substrates for non-edible plants, new-type building renovation materials, new-type energy fuel materials, and new-type building materials.
In practice, HESCRP functions as both a "Materials Clinic" and a "Re-manufacturing Factory":As a "Materials Clinic," we diagnose the specific "ailments" of different waste scenarios and prescribe customized resource recovery solutions. As a "Re-manufacturing Factory," we employ systematic processes to reliably convert complex solid wastes into a variety of valuable products, such as high-performance repair materials, novel eco-materials, and auxiliary construction materials, which are directly fed back into the application market.
HESCRP is not only a strategic response to the "Zero-Waste City" initiative but also a deep commitment to the circular economy model. We are transforming the end-of-life stage of buildings into the starting point of a new material cycle. Leveraging technological innovation, we are driving the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries through new quality productive forces, steering them towards a green, low-carbon, and sustainable future.
